  Received a Christmas gift set that included a large body wash, large lotion and aroma soap; but did not like the aroma. I googled the store to see where the closest location was, to my luck it was 30 miles away. Before the drive I called the store and spoke with the manager Amy to confirm I could exchange my gift without a receipt, she confirmed I could do so and to bring it in. I gathered my family which includes a three year old. On this rainy day I finally arrived to the store to find out I could not exchange my items. The same manager told me the bottles and soap were from an outlet store and they only carried small bottles; didn't bother scanning the items nor tried her best to help knowing I called to avoid this; traveling far aways. I have never shopped at this store nor will I ever come to this store again. No options, no help, this is the worst retail experience I have experienced in a long time.
