  I came to this pharmacy to get a prescription filled for my dog. He was at a high risk for having a seizure after leaving the hospital, so I needed to get it filled in a timely manner (this medication is routinely prescribed for humans, so availability was not an issue). I should not have come to this CVS for timeliness or professionalism. Three employees behind the pharmacy counter ignored me for 15 minutes. When they finally decided to finish their conversation and do their job, the person could not grasp that the prescription was for my dog, not my son. After about 30 minutes of dealing with the pharmacy team, I took the prescription back and just had it filled at a different 24 hour pharmacy. I was stressed out from having spent half the night and all day at the emergency room, but I can say this was the most unprofessional pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. I'm just grateful I have the option to go elsewhere for mine and my dog's prescriptions.
