  Clothes are great, staff is usually good. Today they were awful. They could not find an order I had shipped to store. I stood there wearing an infant and mentally occupying a 4 yo for 45 minutes while they looked. I asked the person helping me if there was anyone else who could assist and he said no. Eventually another staff member took over for him but also couldn't find my order. They finally solved the issue by giving me the same item off the shelf and printing up a new receipt that is hopefully legitimate. The service could not have been worse today. I hope it was an isolated incident.
